John Carrabis – Head of Service Delivery
John Carrabis is responsible for all obligations of the service team. He oversees Corsec’s high standards to operations, core values, project scheduling, and enterprise. His implemented process strategies enhance project execution, quality and efficiency. John joined the Corsec team in the fall of 2016 and has streamlined the organization to be able to focus on specialized certifications. He drives and tracks Corsec key performance indicators which keeps the business on course. He brings a wealth of senior management to the organization while driving and building strong teams.
John has spent the last 35 years in the semiconductor industry with the last 20 years with Micron Semiconductor. He holds a Black Belt through the Six Sigma Academy and a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Farmingdale State College, SUNY.
Darcy Dinga leads Corsec’s Customer Operations functions globally, with responsibilities across marketing, sales, pricing, partnerships, and customer delivery. Prior to Corsec, Darcy was Vice President and General Manager, Global Sales and Market Operations, for Pong Research, a Catterton Partners private equity investment. He previously served in a number of executive roles at Dell, driving top-line revenue, managing global growth and expansion, and improving operational efficiencies. Prior to Dell, he served dozens of clients across industry and functional sectors as an Engagement Manager with Broadvision. He also held consulting and IT leadership roles with Saudi Aramco and the MassMutual Financial Group, among others.
Darcy graduated with a degree in business from Babson College. He holds a range of qualifications and applied methods, including Six Sigma and BPI, where he is an executive sponsor. His work has been published several times, including in, “How Dell Does It – Using Speed and Innovation to Achieve Extraordinary Results” by Steven Holzner.
